2. Products

We currently offer cold-pressed Yellow Mustard Oil and Black Mustard Oil in 1 L packs. Product photographs are intended to represent the product, but minor appearance variations may occur. The product label delivered with your order contains the applicable statutory information for that batch/pack.

3. Prices and charges

Current website selling prices are ₹420 for 1 L Yellow Mustard Oil and ₹360 for 1 L Black Mustard Oil. Current website shipping is free. The final payable amount will be shown before payment. We may change prices or promotions prospectively; changes will not alter an order already accepted at its confirmed price.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it after successful payment/authorisation and availability checks. We may contact you if information is incomplete or if fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If an accepted payment cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Payments

When live checkout is enabled, payment methods shown at checkout may include those supported by our payment service provider. Payment authorisation may be subject to the issuing bank, card network, UPI provider or payment service provider. Please see our Payment & Security Policy.

6. Shipping

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Please provide a complete, accurate and serviceable delivery address and reachable contact number.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Our cancellation and satisfaction/refund terms are set out in our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms is intended to reduce rights that consumers have under applicable law for defective, deficient, spurious, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security, use automated methods in a way that disrupts the service, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual property

TheBetterLot name, logo, original website copy, graphics, product presentation and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to TheBetterLot unless otherwise stated. They may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

10. Website information

We aim to keep product and educational information accurate and evidence-based. General food or nutrition information on the website is educational and is not medical advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional for individual health conditions.
