Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping charge

Shipping is currently free for 1 L Yellow Mustard Oil and 1 L Black Mustard Oil orders placed through our website, unless a different charge is clearly shown before payment.

2. Delivery area

Orders are fulfilled only to locations that our logistics partners can service. If an address is not serviceable, we may contact you and cancel/refund the order rather than accept an order we cannot reasonably deliver.

3. Dispatch and delivery estimates

Where an estimated dispatch or delivery date is available, it will be shown at checkout, in the order confirmation or communicated by customer care. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather, disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Before live payment launch: TheBetterLot should publish its standard dispatch window and typical delivery range once its courier arrangement is finalised.

4. Address and contact information

Please provide a complete delivery address, PIN code and reachable mobile number. If a delivery fails because the address or contact information provided by the customer is materially incorrect or incomplete, we will contact the customer to determine the next practical step.

5. Damaged, leaking, wrong or missing products

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, materially tampered with, contains the wrong item, or an item is missing, contact us promptly at customercare@thebetterlot.com or +91 79820 69143. Please keep the packaging and, where practical, share photographs so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

6. Delayed or undelivered orders

If an order is materially delayed beyond the delivery information communicated to you, contact customer care. Where applicable law requires a return/refund because goods are not delivered as represented or agreed, we will follow those requirements.
